I visited for my cousin’s wedding, which I haven’t went to one in 12 years. When I landed at the LAX airport, I booked a rental and drove to Anaheim thru really bad congested LA traffic. I arrived at the hotel my family booked, and since I had to wait for them to arrive, I decided to explore Disneyland. I forgot that it has its own downtown area, and I explored inside Disney California Adventure Park. Usually it is recommended to go to Disneyland Park but I didn’t have much time and I really enjoyed the modern and quicker pace of the park. After all of that, I met with family and we ate at a Vietnamese restaurant. Saturday was the day of the wedding, and it was a special moment. It had three separate events to it: the pre-wedding, church vows, and reception. Since I was Buddhist, not Christian, and didn’t speech much Vietnamese, it was a bit hard to understand and relate but I still paid respects. The food, alcohol, and dancing were what helped me and once again congrats to my cousin on getting married. Sunday, I had to return the car early so I ate a quick lunch with my family before heading out. I stayed at the USO and Delta lounge, and the moment I enter my room, I passed out. Overall, it was a pretty seamless experience, and I hope I am able to make a video to recap this trip alongside my traveling tips as I have recorded videos in mind.
