Credit Cards

Introduction

My credit card collection

Being in the military, I don’t have to pay the annual fee for credit cards so I got a bunch to utilize all the benefits. Even if I leave, I will keep some of them. Here are my credit cards and which ones I recommend to others.

American Express

·

Chase

·

Capital One

·

Citi

American Express · Chase · Capital One · Citi ·

Issuers

  • Chase Logo

    Chase

Most popular and for most people. It is best to start with them as they have good beginner cards and restrict those that recently opened a lot of cards.

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines.

    American Express

Great for those will higher income or in the military. Higher annual fee cards but offers the most rewards. You know if you get accepted before a credit score check.

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and circle lines.

    Capital One

The third alternative. A hybrid between Chase and Amex with few but very good cards.

  • Citi

The forgotten bank. They have many cards that ranges from bad to good.

  • Wells Fargo

A popular bank but does not have any high tier credit cards

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines.

    Others

Smaller issuers that doesn’t fit the rest.
